In order for Compu Sys to provide your business with quality services, an on-site survey must be performed. The purpose of this consultation is to evaluate your current technology infrastructure and determine maintenance, support & upgrade needs. At this time a network engineer will assess your current situation and determine the steps that need to be taken to keep your systems running at optimal performance.

A. NEED ANALYSIS / ASSESSMENT

• On-site Visit
• Engineer analyzes and determines what is needed to produce desired results.
• Assessment meeting is conducted to determine and provide the customer with the available support and maintenance options.

B.COST

• Cost will be based on the following:
  
  
  • Two-hour minimum evaluation:   $125.00/hour
  • Travel Expence:   Dependant on distance
  • Phone Support:   $95.00/hour
  • Inhouse Diagnostic Fee:   $49.00/one time fee
  • Diagnostic fee will be waived upon agreement to follow through with solution.
