Contracts

A. SOFTWARE / OPERATING SYSTEMS

• Software Application and Operating System contracts are sold in blocks of time based on the following criteria:
• Onsite
• In House
• Remote Desktop
• Phone Support

B. SETUP / DIAGNOSTICS

• During Setup / Diagnosis we determine how to properly install the software onto the system. If the client chooses, at this time, we also begin the setup process which may include optimizing the software's performance on the system.

C. HARDWARE

• Hardware contracts are based on a 12 month agreement. All equipment covered under a Hardware contract will be detailed explicitly on the 12 Month Maintenance Agreement signed by both the client and Compu Sys.

D. TRAINING

• Compu Sys offers Training contracts which provide training for clients on various software programs. Training will be conducted at Compu Sys' hands-on training lab.
  
  The Training Contract consists of the following:



• Number of students to be trained per month
  (classes must contain a minimum of five students)
• Number of classes per month

E. COST

• Time Blocks are as follows:
• 30 hours: $2,850
• 60 hours: $5,100
• 90 hours: $7,200
• 150 hours: $11,250
