SETUP/DIAGNOSIS
During Setup/Diagnosis we determine how to properly install the software onto the system. If the client chooses at that time,
we also begin the setup process which may include optimizing the software's performance on the system.
UPGRADE NOTIFICATION
As a courtesy, we will periodically inform clients of upgrades that have been released which affect the software versions that they already have.
